An Inside Video Look Into Dr. Darwin Smith’s Program

Our Thoughts:

• As always, we cannot recommend highly enough that you seek the advice of your own physician before trying any new diet/supplement or exercise program.
• Although we do point out Dr. Smith’s supporting report on growth after puberty, it is still highly questionable in the medical community whether you gain height through any other means than by correcting your posture.  (post puberty).  So do not expect any miracles.

• In summary, we feel that his overall program involves sensible eating, sleeping, exercise and lifestyle habits that may lead to more energy and better health, and can certainly understand that these are important elements in obtaining optimum height during puberty.  Also, his targeted exercises are about posture and it’s common sense that the better posture, the taller your stature will be as an adult.  Other than those observations, we cannot support miracle body growth naturally in adulthood.  That is why we created this video so you can determine if this is personally something that may work for you as an individual.
